Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or commutable distance
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and memos
  • Ability to perform basic math including addition subtraction multiplication and division
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles and perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED
  • One month related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of work or within a commutable distance
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions correspondence and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations involving American money
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with all guests co-workers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using professional and friendly manner
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely driving slowly and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage including delivery and pick up where applicable
  • Provide guests with information about the facility amenities and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
  • Calculate and collect parking fees when necessary
  • Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before returning keys
  • Consistently complete and maintain all ticket information including key tags guest folio and damage surveys
