Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Successful pass and maintenance of a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including outdoors
- Use of communication tools such as phones and radios
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate vehicles safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- Assist with additional duties as needed
