Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Successful background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • Non-exempt employment status
  • Adherence to company rules and policies

Job Qualifications

  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures
  • Clock in and out accurately for shifts and breaks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Support team environment and assist with additional tasks
  • Arrive on time, in uniform, and uphold company policies
