Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for last 2 years
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to run, walk, or stand for extended periods
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Background check required
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Must work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts

- Ability to run, walk, or stand for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Previous hospitality or valet experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with doors and luggage when necessary
- Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of keys, vehicle locations, and ticket numbers
- Ensure all parked vehicles are locked, secure, and properly documented
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of debris
- Communicate with the front desk and bell staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures
- Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and hospitality
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services when requested
- Report any incidents, vehicle damage, or suspicious behavior immediately to management
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws on and off hotel property
