Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry preferred
- Ability to use commercial laundry equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in various areas of the hotel including guest rooms public spaces restrooms and back-of-house areas including dusting vacuuming mopping and replenishing supplies as necessary
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Operate commercial laundry equipment including washers and dryers
- Sort wash dry fold and distribute linens towels and other laundry items according to established procedures
- Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience
- Be willing to work in various areas of the hotel including different shifts and weekends based on operational needs
