Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly and positive manner
- insure guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness of tram/bus that is assigned that day
- circle parking lots to transport guests and employees to various attraction destinations
- assist with special event transportation as required
- report mechanical problems to manager and/or maintenance department
- maintain a neat and positive appearance
- develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all Moody Gardens amenities and events
- answer all inquiries with courtesy, knowledge and respect for all guests, employees and supervisors
- observe and follow all company policies, procedures and safety rules
- perform any and all other duties as assigned
- duties are subject to change as management deems necessary to best serve the needs of Moody Gardens
