Job Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead stewarding staff during assigned shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and dishwashing machines in compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and proper distribution of stewarding equipment for banquets, restaurants, and special events
- Monitor and control stewarding inventory, including china, glassware, silverware, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations at all times
- Coordinate with food and beverage departments to optimize operations
- Train new staff and provide ongoing support and guidance
