Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • physical capability to lift and move moderately heavy items
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • TABC and Food Handler certifications required

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware
  • pick up and dispose of trash throughout the hotel
  • assist with food running in Food and Beverage Outlets
  • attend to the employee cafeteria
  • communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • work in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction
