Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass MVR and drug screening
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Completion of Wheelchair Safety Training course
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly
- Ability to assist guests with mobility and luggage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA

- Ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone or radio
- Completion of Wheelchair Safety Training

Job Duties
- Shuttles guests to approved destinations
- - Communicates professionally with guests, staff, and co-workers
- - Operates an 8-passenger vehicle with pre-trip safety inspections
- - Maintains guest confidentiality according to HIPAA
- - Assists guests with entering and exiting vehicle and luggage handling
- - Records and reports vehicle malfunctions or damages
- - Completes vehicle activity and maintenance logs
