Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
- successful completion of background check
- ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism

Job Duties
- Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
- track money and paperwork responsibly
- complete shift logs and document parking activities
- label keys and record vehicle details
- check the lot regularly and report unsafe or suspicious activity
- maintain cleanliness of parking area and booth
- assist guests with payments and parking questions
- use radios for communication and support team coordination
- arrive on time and maintain professional appearance
- attend training sessions and support scheduling needs
