Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality or related customer service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in scheduling and quality monitoring
- Skill in staff hiring and training
- Basic knowledge of financial tracking
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable using technology tools
- Ability to perform physical demands including standing and walking
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication with reimbursement
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with scheduling and workflow optimization
- Skilled in hiring, training, and mentoring staff

Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for hotel self-parking clients
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at multiple sites
- Conduct frequent site visits to oversee operations and resolve issues
- Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to ensure financial accuracy
- Recruit, train, and supervise hourly associates
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to regional leadership
- Travel within designated territory to support site performance and new account launches
