Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality or related customer service field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Experience in scheduling and quality monitoring
  • Skill in staff hiring and training
  • Basic knowledge of financial tracking
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable using technology tools
  • Ability to perform physical demands including standing and walking
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication with reimbursement

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for hotel self-parking clients
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at multiple sites
  • Conduct frequent site visits to oversee operations and resolve issues
  • Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to ensure financial accuracy
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hourly associates
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to regional leadership
  • Travel within designated territory to support site performance and new account launches
