Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service role
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • capability to work flexible hours and travel
  • ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
  • physical ability to stand, walk and lift moderate weight
  • comfort working in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
  • demonstrated client management skills
  • expertise in operational workflow and scheduling
  • ability to train and lead staff
  • financial awareness related to revenue tracking and labor cost
  • adaptable problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with relevant technology
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main client contact and build strong relationships
  • manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across multiple sites
  • conduct frequent travel for site visits and new account launches
  • monitor and report on site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
  • recruit, train, and mentor hourly associates
  • provide regular performance updates to Regional Director
  • maintain operational efficiency and address issues promptly
