Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Capability to use personal cell phone for work communication
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management
- Experience with scheduling and workflow optimization

Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for hotel self-parking accounts
- Foster open communication and promptly address client concerns
- Manage daily scheduling and staffing across multiple sites
- Conduct frequent site visits to oversee operational performance
- Monitor and report site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
- Recruit, train, and mentor hourly associates
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to regional leadership
