Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Capability to use personal cell phone for work communication
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

  • Demonstrated ability in client relationship management

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for hotel self-parking accounts
  • Foster open communication and promptly address client concerns
  • Manage daily scheduling and staffing across multiple sites
  • Conduct frequent site visits to oversee operational performance
  • Monitor and report site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
  • Recruit, train, and mentor hourly associates
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to regional leadership
