Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create effective sales materials
- Familiarity with hotel sales systems such as PEP or Delphi is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
- Capable of conducting engaging property tours
- Team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Source and nurture local leads through research and outreach
- Lead property tours that highlight our best features
- Manage relationships with current and new clients and travel agencies
- Create compelling sales materials, mailers, and social content
- Maintain and actively use hotel sales and brand systems
- Prepare and send out direct mail projects, sales packets, and collateral
- Partner with colleagues across the hotel to fuel new business and execute flawless events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, hotel systems (PEP, Delphi, etc.) a plus
- Excellent communication skills
