Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create effective sales materials
  • Familiarity with hotel sales systems such as PEP or Delphi is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
  • Capable of conducting engaging property tours
  • Team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Source and nurture local leads through research and outreach
  • Lead property tours that highlight our best features
  • Manage relationships with current and new clients and travel agencies
  • Create compelling sales materials, mailers, and social content
  • Maintain and actively use hotel sales and brand systems
  • Prepare and send out direct mail projects, sales packets, and collateral
  • Partner with colleagues across the hotel to fuel new business and execute flawless events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, hotel systems (PEP, Delphi, etc.) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
