- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or hospitality or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel as needed

Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure bookings and contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel
