Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality or a related sales role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure bookings and contracts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel
