Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality sales preferred
- Strong understanding of strategic sales planning and execution
- Excellent relationship building and client management skills
- Proven negotiation and contractual competence
- Familiarity with revenue management concepts
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and empower a sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for interpreting market and sales data
- Experience in marketing and promotional activities
- Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management software
Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy goals
- Identify and target potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
- Conduct hotel site tours and presentations for prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and brand visibility
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client events and stays
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed
