Job Requirements
- 1+ years hotel administrative or sales experience
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with brand standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Reference's required

Job Duties
- Support the Sales Manager in booking and actively pursuing group and corporate business while aligning with hotel revenue goals
- Coordinate meeting and event details, including room setup, catering, and audio-visual needs
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly set, organized, and clean for all groups and clients
- Verify proper payment arrangements for all events in accordance with company policies
- Monitor event activities to ensure successful execution and proactively address client needs
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and collaboration with all departments
- Build positive relationships with guests and external business partners through professional interaction and post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business
