Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, hospitality, or account management
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency with booking and CRM software
  • Availability to travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or hotel/hospitality partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance metrics
  • Ability to enforce policies firmly while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in sports events, travel management, or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to secure favorable contracts and room blocks
  • Ensure compliance with organizational mandate of 5 hotels per team per night across all events
  • Negotiate competitive rates, added value perks, and favorable terms with hotels
  • Drive bookings by actively selling hotel packages to teams, ensuring full utilization of contracted room blocks
  • Track, monitor, and report on room block pickup, making adjustments as needed to maximize occupancy
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to align hotel assignments with event logistics
  • Resolve booking issues quickly to maintain a smooth experience for teams
  • Identify and onboard new hotel partners in key markets to expand available inventory
