Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry upwards of five pounds
- Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must present a well groomed appearance

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
- Must perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
Job Duties
- Answer guests requests and call center requests via phone, email, and IVY messaging system
- Complete guest requests in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory forecast in LMS and update management when negative amounts appear in any room type
- Work with Hotel Maintenance and Housekeeping to update room status for availability
- Work as a Front Desk Clerk as needed based on business demands
- Ensure guest needs and special requests are met
- Invoke service recovery when appropriate
