Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry upwards of five pounds
  • Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must present a well groomed appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule
  • Must perform duties with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift

Job Duties

  • Answer guests requests and call center requests via phone, email, and IVY messaging system
  • Complete guest requests in a timely manner
  • Monitor inventory forecast in LMS and update management when negative amounts appear in any room type
  • Work with Hotel Maintenance and Housekeeping to update room status for availability
  • Work as a Front Desk Clerk as needed based on business demands
  • Ensure guest needs and special requests are met
  • Invoke service recovery when appropriate
