Job Duties
- Coordinate activities of outlets staff to deliver quality product and service to Room Service customers
- Take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities within position guidelines
- Exercise sound, reasonable judgment and initiative
- Give high priority to accuracy and details in job performance
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Understand appropriate cart settings, service ware for each menu item
- Communicate effectively in English
