Job Requirements

  • Must obtain TABC certification prior to starting work
  • Must obtain Food Handlers certification prior to starting work
  • Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
  • Must be reliable and responsible
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties

  • Coordinate activities of outlets staff to deliver quality product and service to Room Service customers
  • Take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities within position guidelines
  • Exercise sound, reasonable judgment and initiative
  • Give high priority to accuracy and details in job performance
  • Maintain knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Understand appropriate cart settings, service ware for each menu item
  • Communicate effectively in English
