Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Knowledge of appropriate cart settings and service ware for menu items
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Must obtain TABC certification prior to work
- Must obtain Food Handlers Certification prior to work
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic understanding of guest relations and etiquette
Job Duties
- Coordinate the activities of the outlets staff to deliver quality product and service to room service customers
- Take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities consistent with guidelines
- Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
- Exercise sound judgment and initiative in job performance
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in food and beverage service
- Maintain proper cart settings and service ware for menu items
- Communicate effectively with guests to enhance service experience
