Job Requirements
- Must be able to work between 6am to 2pm
- Must be available to work mandatory holidays
- Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers Certification prior to starting work
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Must understand service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Knowledge of appropriate cart settings and service ware
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Job Duties
- Coordinate outlet staff activities to deliver quality room service
- Take reasonable actions to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities
- Follow company and department policies and procedures
- Exercise sound judgment and initiative
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in performance
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- Provide excellent guest relations and etiquette
