Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred
- must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- must be able to follow security policies and procedures and report all violations
- ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision
- ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
- ability to speak, read and write English
- superior guest relation skills are necessary
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in housekeeping, experience in an inspector/supervisor role at a high-occupancy resort
- knowledge of AAA
- passion for guest service, eye for creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- computer proficient
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- ability to follow security policies and procedures and report all violations

Job Duties
- Responsible for the day to day of their assigned floor
- responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms
- ensure that all rooms are cleaned for arrival
- ensure all policies and procedures, including OSHA and Health Department guidelines are being followed
- provide guidance and motivation to achieve optimal performance
- responsible for re-training team members on cleanliness concerns
- resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction
- completes reports and projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
- works closely with other departments such as front desk, PBX, reservations
- performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
