Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed skills training relevant to housekeeping
Basic English literacy
Experience in housekeeping or similar role is preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
Reliable and detail-oriented
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting

Job Qualifications

Attended skills training school
English literate to meet business needs
Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
Flexible with working hours including morning/evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms

Job Duties

Tidy up guest rooms and promptly address guest needs
Perform assigned cleaning tasks including changing bed sheets, cleaning washrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
Keep guest rooms organized and tidy by regularly changing bed linens, towels, and toiletries
Conduct thorough cleaning based on need
Maintain and restock housekeeping cart daily
Manage waste and recycling to support sustainability
Ensure the housekeeping cart is ready for use each day
