Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- one or more years hotel cleaning experience
- familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
- ability to comply with company policies and standards
- ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
- punctuality and dependability
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capability to perform physical cleaning duties safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and inspect guest rooms
- clean and inspect public areas and back of the house
- ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, brand standards and regulations
- ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- report maintenance problems promptly
- respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction
- log items into Lost and Found and respond to inquiries
- be punctual and in proper uniform
- attend department meetings
- maintain consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests and associates
- perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
- practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures
- check with manager or supervisor before leaving work area
- comply with all company policies and procedures
- report incidents of guest dissatisfaction or matters of significance to management
- perform other tasks as requested by management
