Job Requirements

- One or more years of hotel cleaning experience
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical stamina for cleaning duties
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Clean and inspect guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure compliance with cleaning techniques, procedures, brand standards and regulations
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly
- Report maintenance problems promptly through proper channels
- Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems
- Log items into the Lost and Found and respond to inquiries
- Attend department meetings as scheduled
- Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary and safety procedures
- Maintain professional and positive communication with guests and associates
- Perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities
- Check with manager or supervisor before leaving work area
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Report incidents of guest dissatisfaction or significant matters to management
