Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent experience
  • one or more year’s hotel cleaning experience
  • familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and safety

Job Qualifications

  • high school education or equivalent experience
  • one or more year’s hotel cleaning experience
  • familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • clean and inspect guest rooms, public areas and back of the house
  • ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, brand standards and regulations
  • ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • ensure maintenance problems are promptly reported to Engineering through proper channels
  • respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction
  • log items into the Lost and Found and respond to inquiries regarding lost items
  • attend department meetings as scheduled
