Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Lift up to 35 lbs and move push/pull housekeeping carts
- Bend, reach, and enter guest rooms frequently
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or inspection experience in a hotel preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect cleaned guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and brand standards
- Provide feedback and support to room attendants
- Report maintenance issues or room discrepancies
- Assist with training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
- Help with room assignments or cleaning during high-occupancy days
- Ensure compliance with safety and hotel policies
