Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Enter guest rooms to strip beds, remove used linens, towels, and trash
  • Ensure rooms are ready for room attendants to clean efficiently
  • Clean hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying wastebaskets, changing bed linens, lobbies, and common areas
  • Perform any laundry duties
  • Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and room attendants to prioritize room pulls
  • Report maintenance issues or unusual room conditions promptly
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures including privacy and security standards
  • Properly log, track, and secure any lost and found items
  • Assist any other staff members prior to departure for the day
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
