Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping, floor care, industrial cleaning, or related fields
- knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
- ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and linens
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly
