Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping, floor care, industrial cleaning, or related fields
knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and linens
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly
