Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, floor care, industrial cleaning, or related fields
  • knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards

  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
  • ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and linens
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly
