Job Duties

  • Implement dynamic pricing, manage rates and restrictions, develop promotional offers
  • Analyze market trends, demand, competitor pricing, booking pace to predict future needs
  • Oversee online travel agencies, wholesalers, and direct channels, ensuring rate parity and profitability
  • Manage room availability and allocation across different segments such as transient and group
  • Create revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership
  • Work with sales, marketing, and operations to align revenue goals with overall business objectives
