Job Requirements
- Experience as a server in a restaurant
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have open availability including weekends and holidays
- AM Servers must work any shift between 6am and 7pm
- PM Servers must work any shift between 11am and close
- Must be TABC and Food Handlers certified
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables
- Certification in TABC and Food Handling
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Open availability 7 days a week
Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
- Gain knowledge of menu offerings and give recommendations
- Engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
- Perform general restaurant preparation
- Maintain a sanitary environment
- Manage multiple tables efficiently
- Work cohesively with team members
