- knowledge of food and beverage operations

- certification or willingness to obtain Serve Safe TIPS or CARE
- ability to handle scheduling payroll and labor management

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- previous supervisory or management experience
- 2 to 3 years prior hotel food and beverage management experience preferred
- computer proficiency
- strong business communication skills
- associate relation skills
- professional appearance with confident attitude
- excellent problem-solving skills
- experience with scheduling payroll and labor management
- experience with MICROS POS system
- prior Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- availability to work both AM and PM shifts
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests exceeding their expectations
- interview train supervise coach schedule and manage team members
- develop and train a talented team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- monitor and maintain food quality presentation and consistency
- implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- monitor financial performance control costs and optimize profitability
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- stay updated with industry trends and recommend menu enhancements and improvements
