Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • prior supervisory or management experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • computer skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • certification or willingness to obtain Serve Safe TIPS or CARE
  • ability to handle scheduling payroll and labor management

  • physical ability to manage restaurant operations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • previous supervisory or management experience
  • 2 to 3 years prior hotel food and beverage management experience preferred
  • computer proficiency
  • strong business communication skills
  • associate relation skills
  • professional appearance with confident attitude
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • experience with scheduling payroll and labor management
  • experience with MICROS POS system
  • prior Serve Safe certification preferred
  • TIPS or CARE certification required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • availability to work both AM and PM shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests exceeding their expectations
  • interview train supervise coach schedule and manage team members
  • develop and train a talented team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • monitor and maintain food quality presentation and consistency
  • implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
  • monitor financial performance control costs and optimize profitability
  • ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • stay updated with industry trends and recommend menu enhancements and improvements
