Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Some college preferred
- 10+ years of culinary experience including 3-5 years in supervisory or kitchen management roles
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Food safety certification such as ServSafe
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Ability to manage inventory and scheduling
- Experience with banquet or hotel kitchen operations
Job Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of upscale cuisine, banquet operations, and high-volume foodservice
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations
- Experience in banquet or hotel kitchen environments
- Food safety certification such as ServSafe
- Relevant military culinary experience
Job Duties
- Supervise and ensure consistent standards for food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen team to maintain peak performance and cohesion
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering, storage, food-cost tracking, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety standards
- Collaborate with Banquets and Catering teams for seamless event execution
- Step in to oversee service periods and support the Executive Chef as needed
