Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in recruiting preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a proactive recruiting experience preferably in hotels
  • Proven ability to fill leadership roles through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ATS platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed and Glassdoor platforms
  • Willingness to travel for university relations, careers fairs and hiring events

Job Duties

  • Proactively source, screen and engage candidates for senior hotel leadership roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand property level and regional staffing needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and networking
  • Build and manage relationships with universities and hospitality management programs to promote the company’s employer brand
  • Organize and attend career fairs, campus recruitment events and hospitality school presentations to identify emerging talent
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of summer internship programs with university partners
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track progress and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive talent movements
  • Assist the department with other duties and projects that support the department’s goals
