Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in recruiting preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience as a proactive recruiting experience preferably in hotels
- Proven ability to fill leadership roles through proactive sourcing and networking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience using ATS platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed and Glassdoor platforms
- Willingness to travel for university relations, careers fairs and hiring events
Job Duties
- Proactively source, screen and engage candidates for senior hotel leadership roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand property level and regional staffing needs
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and networking
- Build and manage relationships with universities and hospitality management programs to promote the company’s employer brand
- Organize and attend career fairs, campus recruitment events and hospitality school presentations to identify emerging talent
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of summer internship programs with university partners
- Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track progress and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive talent movements
- Assist the department with other duties and projects that support the department’s goals
