Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping desirable
- Proficient in hotel management and office software
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in hotel management software ClubEssential and AutoClerk
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage front desk duties, including reservations, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries
- Balance and reconcile the day’s financial transactions and prepare daily reports
- Process payments and verify the accuracy of charges and folios
- Ensure all guest requests and issues are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff during overnight hours
- Perform end-of-day procedures and set up the front desk for the next day’s operations
