Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping desirable
  • Proficient in hotel management and office software
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software ClubEssential and AutoClerk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage front desk duties, including reservations, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries
  • Balance and reconcile the day’s financial transactions and prepare daily reports
  • Process payments and verify the accuracy of charges and folios
  • Ensure all guest requests and issues are handled promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff during overnight hours
  • Perform end-of-day procedures and set up the front desk for the next day’s operations
