Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift 20-25 lbs occasionally
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • valid food handler certification
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work independently without supervision

  • strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer skills
  • reliable, professional, and committed to delivering hospitality at all hours
  • food handler certification required

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, reservations, and inquiries in a warm and professional manner
  • handle guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every guest feels safe and supported
  • perform nightly reconciliation of daily hotel transactions, reviewing room charges, payments, and postings for accuracy
  • process and verify guest payments, adjustments, and parking charges
  • respond to guest emails and inquiries, and prepare daily reports for the next day’s operations
  • monitor property security, ensuring all doors and access points are secure throughout the night
  • maintain a vigilant and responsible presence on-site
  • prepare the front desk for the following day
  • assist with light laundry pressing/ironing tasks
  • collaborate with the morning team for a seamless handover
