Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in front desk operations
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with AS/400 system and LMS and CMS programs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with guests and coworkers
- Capable of multitasking and assisting on the front line
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year front desk experience
- Minimum one-year customer service experience
- Minimum one-year experience in the operation of the AS/400 including the LMS and CMS programs
Job Duties
- Maintain positive, constructive working relationships with coworkers and guests
- Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations
- Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization
- Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing shift reports
- Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window
- Assist on the front line as needed
