Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in hospitality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful sales strategies
  • Experience managing and mentoring sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Represent the Queen Mary Hotel at industry events and networking functions
