Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in hospitality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Represent the Queen Mary Hotel at industry events and networking functions
