Job Duties
- Direct and supervise the maintenance staff overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds
- apply extensive experience in engineering maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations
- evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately handling problems effectively in high-pressure situations
- convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests
- work with and understand financial information and data including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations
- develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations
