Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make decisions
  • Comfortable working with financial data

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skilled problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with financial data and basic arithmetic functions

Job Duties

  • Oversee banquet event setup, service, and cleanup
  • Hire, train, and manage banquet staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hospitality standards
  • Manage banquet department budget and cost controls
  • Maintain food handler, alcohol awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Resolve guest and staff issues promptly and professionally
