Job Duties
- Manage and oversee all banquet operations to ensure flawless event execution
- Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to plan and execute events
- Monitor and control banquet department budgets and expenses
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Ensure all certifications are current and team members are trained accordingly
