Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Ability to read and comprehend policy, procedure, and maintenance documents
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Capability to lift, push, pull or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual abilities for close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to work in a moderate noise environment with potential exposure to cleaning chemicals and smoky casino atmosphere
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Possession of Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
- Physical capability to perform required duties including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Ability to meet specific vision requirements including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Duties
- Cleans furniture, glass, mirrors, elevators, planters, framed pictures, and other furnishings in public areas including lobby, pool, and restrooms
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and polishes floors, hallways and stairs
- Removes trash and dirty linens from public areas and guest rooms
- Delivers special request items such as cribs or rollaway beds to guest rooms
- Maintains shelf organization in storerooms and stocks carts with supplies for Room Attendants
- Assists in stripping linen and trash from departed guest rooms
- Keeps exterior doors, elevator tracks cleaned and polished
- Takes responsibility for a passkey during assigned shift by signing out and returning it
- Checks all floors by elevator landings and vending areas, emptying trash and cleaning furnishings
- Cleans employee elevator, maintaining inside freshness and cleanliness
- Utilizes specialized floor equipment requiring technical expertise
