Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior commercial baking or pastry experience preferred
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina for lifting and standing
  • strong attention to detail
  • reliable and punctual

  • knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare all pastry products according to established pastry shop standards
  • assist higher-level bakers in daily baking operations
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • maintain adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays
  • contribute to menu development and innovate pastry offerings
