- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible shifts
- food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
- assist higher level bakers with daily tasks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen

- ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked goods
- perform other duties as assigned by the chef
