Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of baking or pastry experience
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • food handler certification preferred
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
  • assist higher level bakers with daily tasks
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • follow health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with culinary team to develop new recipes
  • ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked goods
  • perform other duties as assigned by the chef
