Job Requirements

  • Must have prior baking or pastry experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a commercial baking or pastry operation preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred

  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate weights
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare all pastry products according to established pastry shop standards
  • Assist higher level bakers as required
  • Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry work areas
  • Ensure timely production to meet guest demand
  • Support kitchen team with assigned duties by the Chef
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
