Job Requirements
- Must have prior baking or pastry experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a commercial baking or pastry operation preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products according to established pastry shop standards
- Assist higher level bakers as required
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry work areas
- Ensure timely production to meet guest demand
- Support kitchen team with assigned duties by the Chef
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
