Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security experience preferred
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of security experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Respond to guest and employee emergencies
- Dispatch and respond to security calls
- Complete detailed incident reports
- Supervise security staff in the director's absence
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
- Provide support and coordination during emergency situations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security
