Job Description

Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Overnight Agent to join our vibrant team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Job Requirements

  • Limited night agent experience required
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is a big plus
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a big plus
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone

Job Duties

  • Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift-closing reports
  • Support guest satisfaction by scheduling services and wake-up calls, reporting maintenance and technology issues, and responding to emergencies according to protocol
  • Understand guest folios and adjust as needed while accurately quoting rates, making reservations, posting charges, and monitoring credit limits
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications
  • Manage front desk and housekeeping communication by answering calls promptly, recording requests, delivering supplies, and assisting with room readiness tasks
  • Stay informed on group activities, document and report unusual occurrences, troubleshoot basic system errors, and ensure accurate, timely documentation throughout the shift
