Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • maintain complete knowledge of hotel features/services and hours of operation
  • know room rates, special packages and promotions
  • track daily house count and expected arrivals/departures
  • be aware of scheduled daily group activities
  • greet all guests arriving or departing by car shuttle or walking
  • assist guests with their luggage as needed
  • park and retrieve guests' cars upon request
  • communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel such as special requests and amenity delivery
